The one-time, one-on-one coaching session at Evolution Hill Coaching LLC is a focused, one-hour session tailored to address a specific health and wellness challenge, particularly weight loss. During the session, clients receive personalized guidance, actionable strategies, and support to overcome obstacles and make progress toward their goals. This session is perfect for individuals seeking immediate clarity and direction on a particular issue.
Individual Coaching Program
The Goal Getter program is a comprehensive, four-month coaching experience designed to help clients achieve lasting weight loss and wellness through personalized goal-setting, consistent support, and holistic health practices. It includes four one-hour sessions, daily and weekly check-ins, 24/7 email availability, and an Ascension Diary for tracking progress. The program empowers clients to overcome obstacles, build healthier habits, and achieve sustainable results.

My name is Kendra Williams
My motto is results forever because there is value in getting where you want to be when you have to work for it. You appreciate those things that require your blood sweat and tears and were not handed to you. Most of all, the habits that you create are yours. Your brain and body adapt to them and can perform them with little to no effort. Short cuts are risky. You are worth the effort.

My journey to becoming a health and wellness coach has been shaped by a blend of professional training and personal experience. With a Master’s degree in Psychology from UOP and certification from APUS as a life coach, I have dedicated myself to understanding the intricate connections between mental and physical health. However, it’s my personal experiences that have truly defined my approach to coaching.
As a military veteran who served in the United States Navy for nine years, I learned the importance of resilience, sacrifice, and determination. These values guided me through the challenges of maintaining my health and well-being while navigating the complexities of life as a single mother, including managing stress, prioritizing self-care, and balancing responsibilities.
These experiences have given me deep insights into the struggles many face on their wellness journeys. Today, as a happily married woman, I appreciate the significance of maintaining balance, nurturing relationships, and committing to long-term health and wellness.
I share these personal experiences not just to connect but to assure you that I understand the complexities of striving for a healthier life. As your coach, my goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, achieve lasting wellness, and create a lifestyle that aligns with your goals and values.
